Privacy settings
- Essential functions
- Used as needed for sign-in, security and the functions you request.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4 is active for website usage statistics. A separate Google Tag Manager container is not used.
- Advertising cookies
- BELVOYA does not set advertising cookies.
Website analytics starts automatically. This page describes the current configuration; it does not record a visitor consent choice. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can control cookies and analytics through your browser or Google’s analytics opt-out tool.
What we store in the browser
Website analytics
_ga / _ga_656FBN38E3
Google Analytics 4 uses pseudonymous browser identifiers for usage statistics. BELVOYA configures a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days without refreshing the expiration on each visit. Browser restrictions may shorten this period.
Sign-in session
belvoya_access
Keeps you signed in and authorizes access to your own account. Its lifetime follows the authentication token, normally about one hour.
Session renewal
belvoya_refresh
Renews an active sign-in session. Stored for up to 14 days and renewed when the session is refreshed. Removed when you sign out.
Google sign-in security
belvoya_oauth_verifier / belvoya_oauth_return
Protects the sign-in flow and returns you to the selected stay. Up to 10 minutes, normally removed when sign-in completes.
Search and saved-stay context
belvoya_last_search / belvoya_pending_watch
Session storage keeps your selected criteria and, when needed, an unfinished save action while you sign in. It lasts for the browser tab’s session; some browsers restore it when reopening tabs.
Managing stored data
Sign out to remove BELVOYA’s login cookies. You can also clear site data or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking session cookies prevents account features from working. Clearing browser data does not delete your account or the stays saved to it.
For account or personal-data requests, see our contact page.
External services
Choosing Google sign-in opens Google’s authentication service, which uses its own cookies and privacy settings. Hotel photos may be loaded from supplier image servers. Those requests can disclose your IP address and browser information to the image provider; they are separate from Google Analytics.
