Start with the sleeping arrangements
Check the bed count, extra-bed arrangements and whether children sleep in the same space. A sofa, separate bedroom and connecting room are not equivalent options. Confirm cot or extra-bed conditions, availability and any cost for your child’s age.
Keep the room designations
Family, Duplex, Suite and Connecting identify different categories, not one family standard. A split-level layout can involve stairs worth considering with a young child. If an offer includes an age designation, such as 12+, keep it in the comparison rather than assuming it applies only to shared areas.
The pool and the room location
Distinguish a pool view, direct pool access and a private pool. With children, ask about the terrace layout, access and rules when the description does not explain them. A block or building label helps identify accommodation areas but does not itself establish an exact distance to dining or attractions.
Check services for the specific dates
Confirm your priorities before choosing: activity scope, kids’ club rules, attraction operation and meals. Check seasonal services for your own dates rather than relying on a picture from another month. Enter children’s ages at check-in and assess offers returned for that exact party.
Put it into practice
