Start with what matters to you
With children, first rule out incompatible age restrictions. If golf is the priority, compare the hotel and golf services separately: a room price does not by itself confirm playing arrangements or extras.
Regnum Carya
Jade, Amber Lagoon and Pearl are different category names in the Regnum Carya catalogue. Rather than choosing by the hotel name alone, compare the room description, photos and pool-access details.
- Check the full category name and its layout.
- Do not assume a private pool from the word Lagoon alone.
- Check golf services and fees separately from the accommodation rate.
Cullinan Belek
Cullinan’s catalogue includes Superior categories, Swim-up options and family Duplex layouts. Some room names include a 12+ designation, so matching the exact category is especially important with children.
- Do not overlook a 12+ restriction when it appears in the rate name.
- Check the sea or golf view for the actual room selected.
- For a Duplex, compare sleeping arrangements and stairs.
Use the same comparison criteria
Enter identical dates, guests and children’s ages for both hotels. Match bedroom count, view and board basis. Keep the refundability deadline and any separate property payment visible in your notes. A lower headline price for a different room does not establish better value.
Do not treat a catalogue photo as confirmation of a specific view, private pool or room allocation. Where a feature is essential, verify the selected category and rate description before proceeding.
Compare current offers, not a fixed ranking
This is a room-selection guide, not a live price comparison or a claim that one hotel is better for everyone. Open each hotel with the same criteria to check current rates. Confirm seasonal facilities and specific inclusions for the actual dates.
